GUARANTEE

Bienen-Davis works with the skilled Italian craftsmen who made these bags in the past. Each piece is handmade with the finest Italian leathers and materials. All handbags are completely unique; any inconsistencies between pieces of the same style are the result of the authentic, artisanal process.  

 

SHIPPING

Your order will be processed and shipped within one (1) to three (3) business days upon receipt of payment regardless of shipping method selected.

We offer FREE Domestic USPS Priority Mail service for all orders to the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping rates will be auto-calculated by FedEx and USPS upon checkout, and you are responsible for any duties and/or taxes required by customs as determined by country of destination. For returns or exchanges, you are responsible for sending item(s) back to Bienen-Davis at your own cost. Item(s) must be sent back within ten days of receiving the merchandise. You are liable for all duties and taxes that are charged for transporting the returned merchandise back to Bienen-Davis.

 

RETURNS

Bienen-Davis accepts returns on items for a full refund within 10 business days of receiving your purchase. All bags must be returned unused in original packaging with tags attached. Please use the return label provided with your purchase. All sales are final on sale merchandise. Bienen-Davis reserves the right to refuse a return on merchandise that is not in its original condition or returned after 10 days.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

A return shipping label has been included in your original shipment. You are responsible for the cost of shipping for the return as well as insurance. Please pack the return shipment using all original packaging materials and secure the return label to the top of the box. Then, bring the return package to your local shipping location. If you have lost the return label or require further assistance, please contact  customerservice@bienendavis.com

 

REFUNDS

We will send you an email once your return has been received to let you know whether or not your return has been accepted. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed within 5 business days, and a refund will applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Note that it may take several days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Any questions regarding the status of your refund should first be addressed to your credit card company. If your return is not accepted, we will notify you via email with our explanation, and we will return the merchandise to you.

  

EXCHANGES

We only replace items that are received defective or damaged.  If you need to make an exchange, send us an email at customerservice@bienendavis.com

 

REPAIRS

If for any reason your Bienen-Davis handbag should need repair please contact customerservice@bienendavis.com. Each handbag will be assessed on a case by case basis with a valid proof of purchase from bienendavis.com or one of our authorized retailers.

Bienen-Davis handbags are all limited editions; please reference your specific edition number when requesting a repair.

Images of the damaged bag can be emailed to Bienen-Davis. Once reviewed  we will provide an estimate of any associated cost of the repair. You must approve the cost and nature of the repair in order for the work to be completed with a 50% deposit. A time frame of when the repair will be completed will be provided at time of assessment.
